Have you ever had your Shout Box background change on you and you didn't do anything?  All of a sudden mine has gone to white letters on a white background.  Just that block no others and on all themes.  I figured out a work around but it's not a fix.

You can change it in the Shoutbox Admin Menu. I have done that before with each of the theme. You must have accidentally changed it to white for both.

Got it figured out thanks Dragon.  I found a post over at coRsPE's website that was very similar to my problem.  I'll link it here if that's okay, if not you can delete.
